HSV II IGm

Hello

I have appeared for a STD test for Herpes and results are as follow:

HSV II ABS, IgG             Negative   2.0

HSV II ABS, IgM             Equivocal  9.6

HSV I ABS, IgG              Negative   3.0

HSV I ABS, IgM              Negative   2.6

Whats the meaning of these vaules Do I have Genital Herpes as such I dont have any symptoms aprt from itching

First off totally disregard the igm results. http://www.medhelp.org/posts/show/248394 is a prior post by HHH that explains why the igm test should've never been drawn on you in the first place.

I'm confused as to why your + hsv1 and hsv2 igg results say negative next to them. Is that what it says on the report ?  Were you tested in the US?
