A quick question about exposure and risk.

This past weekend I shared a hotel bed with a woman that had a cold sore. We didn't kiss or engage in any activity with her mouth, but my question pertains to my exposure from simply sharing a a bed (pillow, blankets, etc.) and the act of cuddling. We always had clothes on but I am worried that I may have risked exposure in this described fashion.

Am I being overly concerned here or could I have risked exposure in this way? Thank you for any help at all.
