HSV1 Genital Questions

I had unprotected sex 2 weeks ago with a woman who is from a family with a history of cold sores(hsv-1) but she claims she's never had them anywhere on her body.
  
I broke out with genital sores 1 week ago(merry xmas!) and also had an extremely red and sore right eye accompanied by a lip sore.

I got swab tested Tuesday 12/27 and the results were HSV-1 on my genitals and in my eye.  I'm on Valtrex 1gm 3 times a day for 7 days.  (I've heard it's supposed to be 2X a day but doctors orders were different)

My questions are:    
1.)  If someone has already had HSV-1 orally are they MORE or LESS likely to get it from me genitals-to-genitals when I don't have an outbreak or symptoms?  

2.)  Will I forevermore have the possibility of outbreaks on my penis?  My mom gets cold sores on her mouth once a year.  Is that what it'll be like for me downstairs?
