Dear Member (s)

I actually posted the following many days ago, and very anxiously too, and awaited an answer, but no one answered, and today I thought i'd post the same text again..
so if anyone who has some time to spare and help me out, i'l be more than grateful.
I really need to be helped by any kind member out there. thankyou in advance.

My questions are a few, and I am very very upset, as getting married soon, and have no clue as to what I should do.
So I would request a doctor to please help me in my case.

I am 34 years of age, and have generally been sexually inactive. In 2006, I had a sexual encounter, involving unprotected sex, which led to an outbreak diagnosed as herpes. It started from the vaginal lips, next few occurances same place, and then, they decreased, and the few following ones were in the anal region.
I have noticed if I wear restrictrive clothing, they may appear when not even suspected. and sometimes during my periods too. I am a place where seeking medical help might be a stigma, as in this case.
When I was diagnosed herpes, I was in UK, and took medicines like Acyclovir etc. I thought they would go away or lessen, as I knew my only one sexual encounter would never really be repeated.
But when i think about the sexual life i'l be spending with my future husband, and I wont even be able to tell him this. (as this is not a norm in our culture, and may lead to termination of our relationship i fear).

But am at the stage, where now there is some itching around the anal hole, once every 2-3 months. which i think is a good thing, but how far will i be able to hide this.
as 1. I would be physically close to him, 2. we want a baby as soon as after the marriage.
so what do i do.
I looked up on the internet, and found some amino acids that might help the occurence and they are L-LYSINE.
I have noticed that once I take them ( dosage of 1250mg / day), I may not have them occuring.
But just few days ago, I ahd just gotten over with my cycle and I felt the itching, and feeling from fingers I could tell it was 1 or 2 erosions. I am taking that lysine again. not really knowing if it is good, and does it have any adverse effects.
I have not had these blisters forming anywhere else in this 3 year period and have noticed a decrement in their occurence.
And I am so so worried that will I (God forbid) transfer this to my baby?  even if i say i want a C section.

I have also had 2 smear tests done, one done in 2006 showed i had abnormal cells, and was advised biopsy which i never had done.
2nd smear test was carried out in january this year, and that came out as normal.
and most recently i was diagnosed multiple cysts in one breast, after having mammogram and U/S done.

So where am I really going, with all this. Is it something normal, or is it a major cause of concern.

Please, a sound reply from a doctor or someone qualified will be HIGHLY appreciated, and please suggest me any form of medication, and treatment or prevention of reccurence.

many regards
