HSVi exposure..Help!

I wasn't sure if I was getting a cold sore or not.  I'm very cautious when I get one.  I'm sometimes obsessive if think I might be getting one bit this time was weird.  On Saturday (4days ago) I wanwith my boyfriend and I think I was in the prodrome stage.  I thought I felt a tingle, no sore formed, thought I could see redness but nothing visible.  We were intimate oral to oral and oral to genital as well as intercourse.  About 24-36 hours my lip got swollen and a blister formed.  Morbid yet throughout the skin unil Monday etc.  I'm so cautious about it and when I know I have one I don't do ANYTHING!  I didn't have anything on Saturday and Sunday boom it's there. I'm so worried.
1.  What are the chances that I gave it to him?  Is it possible he wasn't exposed?  He's never had a cold sore but know i get them
2.  Because of so much content is this greater risk?
I'm so worried.

There are not statistics, but the risk is highest when you are symptomatic.

At this point you'll just have to wait and see. Most genital HSV1 primary outbreaks are classic with obvious painful lesions.

Has he ever been tested to know his herpes status?

No he has never been tested.  The only symptom I had was a tingle thats it.  I'm not asking about stats but what is the possibility?

you can't make educated decisions about what precautions to take together until you know who has what. he should be tested to see what his status is.

have you ever been tested for hsv2 yourself?

If he's negative, he was at risk for contracting hsv1 genitally from this.

How much risk is there is the early stage before there is any cold sore?

significant risk if he's hsv1 negative. You were actively shedding the virus most likely since you were in the prodromal stage and exposed him to active hsv1 virus.
