Hard lumps

I have 2 small itchy hard lumps and 2 pea sized itchy hard lumps underneath my skin in between my thigh and my scrotum(tesicles) on the left side. one of the the pea sized lumps had a little pus and blood came out of it from me stratching it and then squeezing it.They have been there for 3 months now. At first I thought that there was only 2 and then i relized 2 more came and they get smaller and then bigger and back smaller I think.Also if the area gets dry, you can see its like a white rash around the area where the lumps is and a little farther out. The big lump hurts when I squeeze it.I first noticed them 2 weeks after I shaved down there for the first time, but also I have had like 2 different sex partners in them two weeks but I used a condom both times. Also i just noticed a bump similar but a little bigger right next to my anus that that has a dull pain when im sitting, it is located on my left cheek and i can feel pain in my whole left cheek as well. A day later I noticed a bump on my left elbow under my skin thats similar but hurt a little more to the touch. All of these bumps are right under the skin, because they move as i move my skin. Also I have had rashes under both of my knees but they are going away as ive been applying fungal creme to them. A few moths ago when all of these things started, while i was in Thailand, I had gotten a big absess (abscess) on my left leg that made my leg swollen,I went to the medic and they put me on keflex but it didn't work. when i made it back in country, three more came, one on my right ankle, right knee and one on the right side of my face.So I went back to the medic and they said i had MRSA and gave me another type of antibiotics and the absesses stop comming. But as of a couple of days ago the initial absess (abscess) started to leak pus and blood again, and it is still a hard lump under the skin. I don't know what is wrong with me, but its making me nervous and im really not in the position to go see a real doctor because i am out of the u.s.,so can you please tell me what you think could be wrong with me?
