Have I Herpes?

Hello thank you for any help, I am very scared. I will never do this again.
I am a 24 year old female, I had unprotected sex 7 days ago with a stranger (condom broke). The guy says he does not know of having herpes and was screened 2 months ago and is negative for all STIs, had 12 sex partners in past mostly protected sex. Still talks to me...

After day 2 I got white cloudy urine discharge- this is still going on

day 6: i had a sharp pain in my uretha and felt tingling in just my rectal area  - Got tested for Uti turned out negative
was told by Dr.1 says  that it could be chlamyadia or a mild irritation, examines me and sees no physical sign of herpes..

day7 Took urine & blood samples, still waiting on those. Examined by Dr. 2 says that I show no physical sign of herpes. comments that rectal tingle could be due to stress. still feel tingle in my rectal and now vaginal area

day 8, Calm down, rectal tingle stops entirely, get tingle in thighs and vaginal area

day 9 Get period only, only feel tingle in thigh, vaginal area just feels sore.

I have no discharge (except cloudy urine), not burning sensation when I pee, and no fever.-- but keep  feeling dehydrated. Statistically, I live in Canada, and was with a white 25 year old male.

I AM SO SCARED. I plan to get a herpes blood test ASAP. Is this herpes or what else could it be?! thank you, would greatly appreciate professional advice

All physical symptoms have disappeared now that I have calmed down, I think this was stress induced but will get tested for sure.

The symptoms you describe on their own do not suggest herpes.

Follow up testing is a good idea, but at 12 weeks. If you get sores then have them swabbed immediately.  Insist on type specific testing, we see quite a few people from Canada having trouble getting the right tests. Combined testing is useless.
