Have I infected myself with Herpes Simplex 1 from Oral to Genitial?

At the end of November, I kissed a girl and a week later I came down with severe fever and eventually erupted into blisters. I went to see the Doctor and due to the severity of the blisters around my mouth, I was prescribed a course of Acyclovir and the blisters went away.

Fast forward 4-5 weeks later and I have sex with a girl on Friday, then again on Saturday. On Tuesday morning I wake up and notice a small red rough dry patch of skin on the shaft of my penis. It's very slightly tender but only slightly, its almost barely noticeable. However I wondered if I have managed to infect myself with Herpex Simplex 1 from my mouth to my gentials and that by taking Acyclovir I have prevented my body from developing antibodies to prevent a genital infection?

However, it's worth noting that the sex on Friday and Saturday was prolonged. We had sex 4 times on the Friday night and twice in the morning and then again two times on the Saturday night and two times again in the morning. At times we had to use lubricant because it got a bit dry.

So I wondered if this red rough patch might be to do with dryness/rubbing? The skin is a bit flaky.

But then again I am still on a suppressant dose of Acyclovir, so it could be genital herpes but the symptoms are lessened?
