Hello, I am woundering what this condition could be
Hello, about 3 weeks ago I have seen these skin color type pimples in cluster on my genitals.. They are located underneath my foreskin. Not on the head. maybe half inch below when your pull the skin back. They do not look at all like herpes. But i am still Worried. They are Very small Same color as the skin. they all have the same shape. They do not burn hurt itch or anything they are just there. and half inch to the side is the same thing. They appear to be above Blood Vessles if that means anything. They do not look like blisters at all. They can not be popped either. There just Really small pimple like things. best i can describe. maybe a cluster of 8-9 of them ? and i do mean small pimples. I have seen pictures of genital herpes and lets just say genital herpes in the pictures i have seen are 10x bigger than these. So they are Really small. but still noticable.
There is No Pain or burning during Urination. I dont get any fevers or feel sick in any way.
I have tryed to look for hours and days for simular pictures of this or any known conditions. Could not find anything that looked anything simular to this. and i have read that genital herpes lasts usualy 14-18 days. Its been about 3 weeks if not a little longer so i dont believe it is genital herpes also because i have no Sign effects of it. Just this very small pimple clusters inside my foreskin.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be ? they dont have anything in them. They dont get any bigger or smaller they seem to just be the way they are. they are Barely raised above the normal skin level but they are stil pimple shaped just very small and about 9 or so of them in a cluster and another maybe 1/4th of a inch next to them.

I am not sure exactly what they are either, but if it helps, I have the same exact thing above the base, on the shaft of my penis. Flesh colored, tiny to where its not noticeable unless I pull skin and look closely, no pain or itching. I have showed my primary and two dermatologists. I am at the moment however under a distinct possibility that I contracted genital herpes however due to an encounter and now symptoms of aches, flu-like feeling, and soreness in glands, but I am now positive these small pimples have nothing to do with it. The dermatologists said it was glands, possible irritation, if not just part of my skin and was always there (thought I do not believe they were). It has been about two weeks since I noticed them, and I am more concerned about the herpes possibility at the moment, however, rest assured that you seem to have exactly what I have and it is "definitely not herpes" according to my doctors. As for your lip, I also had something going on up there too and was fearing Oral Herpes from the same previously mentioned encounter, but they aren't blisters/lesions, and I stumbled upon something called Fordyce's Condition (you might want to look at that), and the derm's just said it was irritated glands as well. Hope that helps.

the bumps may or may not be Relavent. But i usualy never gotten bumps like these before i have noticed the cluster on my genitals.

The one that was on my lip would still be there right now. Its just that i scratched it off the best i could. But can still feel where it was.

Also These same sized pimple things apear by my ear under my side burns. Just not in clusters. Maybe 2 kindove spread out.
and had a small cluster above my eyebrow (3-4) but they are pretty much done now.
Also had one on my lip which did not resemble a cold sore at all. Same thing as the other onse i have discribed.
only part of my body where they are clustered is what i have discribed in my first post.
Could this just be some sort of skin condition ?
