Help? Herpes bump on penis?

I have a bump on penis that im not sure exactly what it is. I am always clean and safe in all that I do. I recently had unprotected sex about 4-5 weeks ago, and i just noticed this bump a couple of days ago... any idea as to what it is?
is it a pimple or std? The only thing i have done recently is started running about 2-4 times a week for about 30 min (started about 2 weeksago). The bump or thing does itch very lightly at times but its rare.. more so only when thinking about it :/... you need to be seen and get a proper exam done to find out what is going on. Bumps can be due to many things.
