Help Me!!!!!!

Hi, i am having some issues down there and i am wonderin in i can get some opinions as in to what it is. I have these little rug burn looking spots on the right side of the outside of my vagina. I am freaking out cuz i think i mite have herpes, but i have no herpes symptoms what so ever. I have a real bad yeast infection which just suddenly lited up not too long ago. I recently had unprotected sex that was rough and hurt very much becuz before hand i was rather sore from washing with harsh soap. i would no cuz it has happened before and i went to the doctor to have them tell me its just a yeast infection. I asked the person and he says he is very clean. Was the friction from rough sex and my bad yeast infection causing this irration or do i have an std???i am careful about who i have had sex with and the p\guys before him wore condoms.......

did they do actual testing on you to determine yeast or just a visual diagnosis?

You can follow up with testing since this was unprotected sex - gonorrhea and chlamydia 1 week post encounter, syphilis anytime after 6, hiv anytime after 3 months and hsv anytime after 4 months.

yea they swabbed me for gonorrhea and chlamydia....tests came back negative....i want to have a blood test for herpes done, but idt theres nothing wrong....i think back and i recall when my ex bf went down on me. i realized after he did so he had a fever blister on his lip.....he says he use to get them all the time when he was younger cuz his bodys temperature is higher than the average persons. he didnt seem considered so i didnt think about it too much

You can contract hsv1 genitally thru oral sex.  Your bf probably doesn't even know that.  http://www.ashastd.org/herpes/herpes_learn_oralherpes.cfm  is a link with good info on oral herpes for you both.
