Help diagnosing

<.91 for hsv type 1 igg and 2.0H igg for hsv type 2.. what does this mean??

your hsv1 is negative.

your hsv2 is positive.

what led to you to get tested?  your hsv2 is a low positive and additional testing is needed if you didn't have a lesion culture to confirm your status.  http://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/Confusing-Igg-Test-Results/show/771141  is a prior post with more info in it.

Thanks for your help grace. at one point a while ago, i would have to guess over 6 months ago, i did have a red burn type of mark on my shaft.. do i def. have hsv2? if so why does it read such a low rating? is there any chance ive just been exposed to it and dont have it? should i be concerned about spreading it to others?

you can  be exposed to it lots of time and never get it. at this point you need to confirm your status with further testing. A herpes WB, biokit hsv2 igg or a herpes inhibition assay would be good for doing this.
