Long time browser fist time poster wishing everyone a merry Chritmas.

Anyway, my story begins in December 2007 when in my genital area I felt tingling. Low and behold a mesquito bite pimple began taking form.

Since then the rash has never left and I have constant tingling in testicles and foreskin. I have been to at least 3 STD clinics and they all believe it to be nothing. As of late I went to 2 dermatoligists the first believed it to be nothing (she thought I was nuts) and the second diagnosed me with Lichen Sclerosis. ( I have also had 2 swab tests they both come up negative for herpes however I realize these tests are very ineffective)

I do believe I have herpes just from my symptoms and the fact the spots on the tip of my penis keep changing. Currently the area is extremely red and inflamed..

Can I have any advice to ensure a proper diagnosis. Can my sysmptoms mimic any other disorders?. .

Did they do a biopsy of the area to diagnose the LS?

A rash for a year is not herpes.

Yes, the biopsy will commence on Jan 22. However my rash does have white pimples and at times swellling.

Out of curitsoity another symptom I have is a thin red line from the primary part of of my infection to the middle oy my penis shaft...

Any opinions on what that might be?

Not herpes related.

good luck - the biopsy should answer a lot of questions for you about it all.
