Herpes, Genital Warts, or Folliculitis on Penis?

Bear with me this is kinda long...

About 3 years ago, when I was 27, I had extremely rough drunk unprotected sex with a girl who had a lot of pubic hair. It definitely chafed a bit and we went for about 2 hours because I was drunk and could not climax.

The next day I didn't shower until almost 10 hours later and was a definitely sore on my shaft from it.

I also shave and/or trim my pubic hairs and hairs around penis.

Anyways, about 2 days later I hadtwo small white looking blisters form with hairs protuding from both so it appeared like folliculitis (inflammation where hair grows). There were not the series of bumps that I have seen on pictures of the net of Herpes. They were just two bubbles (one bigger than the other) with singel pubic hairs protuding out of both. I plucked the hairs and the blisters remain, there was also itching.

I went and got tested for Herpes at the free clinic in LA after the blisters were gone a couple weeks later. The lady there told me that I would not have gotten the infection if it were Herpes so quickly but this seems contrary to some information I have found on the net. I waited to long to check my results and forgot the information I had given them since I wanted the info to stay private. (Stupid I know!)

Skip to the present...
I have had no other blisters or anything on my penis since this occasion 3 years ago. Now I am about to start dating and having unprotected sex with somebody I really like and have been tested for everything but Herpes with a negative result (STD clinics dont do free Herpes blood tests where I live in LA). Now that my financial situation has changed I had to pay for Herpes test through a specialist and am awaiting the results.

4 questions:
1) If it comes up negative could this be a genital wart or folliculitis?
I asked the girl several times if she had herpes when I missed the results to my test and she said no.

2) Can Herpes show up as one or two bumps where hair grows and then disappear and never come back?
I had no other symptoms except for itching in that area and like I said the bumps did not look like anything I have seen in the photos. Much less severe and filled with clear fluid- no redness or clumps.

3) Does having rough sex with a girl with pubic hair result in rashes or folliculitis?

4) Does having rough sex make a herpe or genital wart appear for the first time?
