Herpes !! is it ?

hi everyone ... i'm 19 male ... and like 6 days ago i noticed white tiny ( look like pimples ) in both corners of my mouth it dont itch it dont burn ... so i went to a dermatologist and he said that it might be herpes .. then i did the IGG IGM test for type one ! and it all turn to be Negative ! ...so is there a chance that its still herpes or can it be something else ?
my other question is do i need to do IGG IGM for type 2 if type 1 ( IGG , IGM ) was Negative !

the herpes igm test is a flawed herpes test. we never recommend it being done.  http://www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs/Confusiion-over-other-IgM-Herpes-posts/show/248394  is a prior post that explains why nicely.

the odds of having 2 cold sores like that are rather low. A lesion culture of your actual symptoms would've been more helpful but honestly they don't sound like herpes anyways.  

if they reoccur or linger longer than a week, return to be seen again for more follow up.
