Herpes, warts or molluscum?

Hello

Today I was analyzing my scrotum.  I noticed to little hard bumps were on my scrotum nearly right next to each other.  I had to stretch the scrotum skin to be able to see it more closely.  If I don't stretch the skin, I cannot see it that well.   I started going over the bumps with my finger and one was a bit larger and it felt hard. .  It doesn't look like cauliflower but it's fairly close with a slight separation from one another.  I was growing anxious and scared and kind of picked at the larger lesion because the smaller one doesn't look like it could be popped, which then led to a clear fluid to come out from it.  I heard warts cannot be popped not do they have clear fluid pus.  I've had molluscum on my penile shaft and scrotum before but these look a bit different but kind of the same.  I honestly can't quite to remember they looked before.  That being sad, after 15 min, the lesion started to get smaller but I hurt just lil.  It did not open up to a sore just looks like there is a little bid of clogged blood.  What can this be?? Herpes, warts, or molluscum??

Thanks for the response again Grace.

Okay since the last response.  I've been checking the bumps on my scrotum.  It seemed like they look to be drying up like dry skin or scabbed .  Now I have not been picking at it or anything just checking it  and cleaning with dial antibacterial soap when I shower.  I showered today and now it seems like these bumps just look a lot smaller almost gone completely but kind of look pinkish.  They don't hurt and have not oozed clear fluid anymore since I picked at it the first time.

stop applying the cream you were given for mulluscom to these!!!  you are making them worse by using that needlessly!!!

these don't sound at all std related. you were seen and were told they weren't.  just use plain soap and water to cleanse yourself once daily and give them time to heal.

Okay I showered and cleaned the Area where the bumps are at and it looks like what the scabbing was like lint from my boxer and now the bumps look pinkish, probably from the shower, flat and somewhat reducing in size.  This is all so confusing Grace.

I forgot to mention aside from the bumps diminishing they are scabbing! Can this be herpes and the nurse didn't catch the symptoms??

Hello grace

So I went to planned parenthood yesterday to go ahead and get the bumps checked.  I told the nurse practitioner I had molluscum before and that the bumps on my scrotum oozed clear fluid after I had picked at them.  She told me general warts don't ooze clear fluid.  She also said they did not look like herpes because it was not an open sore.  The nurse looked a bit confused about the bumps couldn't quite give me a diagnoses.  She said it was kind of hard to tell because i had picked at it.  I told her that I have been putting on zyclara, a cream my dermatologist gave me to put on my molluscum, ever since I noticed the bumps.  So she just said it could be molluscum, due to my previous history, but she said they didn't really look like molluscum but maybe pimples.  So she just told me to continue putting on the cream to see if they go away and if more bumps start to show up to go see her again.  I have a feeling she didn't really know what to say in this situation, so I still don't know what those bumps are.  They now seem to be diminishing away smaller than they were before almost gone.  I'm confused
