Herpes, what is my risk ? please help

Hi all,

I was semi-drunk and I had a gay guy with me in that time. We were alone , and he wasn't drunk . I'm not gay , but while I was in that situation , he convinced me to have sex with him. In fact , it was not sex , but it was considered touching.  I was sucking his nipples and kissing his chest. There was no kissing on lips or sucking. After my sucking and kissing his nipples I was putting my penis between his thighs . The only thing that happened which make me now very concerned  that while I was putting my penis between his thighs, only between thighs , there was no pentration, his thighs were wet . I asked him what is this , he said that he has just washed his a ss. I grabbed a tissue and wiped my penis . and I completed touching his thighs in another position. This wet thighs are a big concern for me . I feel guilty and this  adds more fear for me. I don’t know what is HIV status for this person , and I'm sure that I'm not gonna see him again to ask him about that . I'm just wondering what was that wet in his thighs . if he has just finished washing his a ss after the bathroom , can this transmit Herpes? If that was his sweating , can this transmit Herpes? what is the risk of me of having Herpes now ? Do I need to test?

Please help me and answer me. It has been 2 days and I couldn't stop thinking about this.

if you have symptoms, you need to be seen and get checked out. as I already said, you can get herpes from just skin on skin contact but the risk is really small and not worth any testing unless you have obvious lesions appear.

Please any one can help . I undestand that Herpes can be transmitted by skin to skin contact ,and now I'm reading an answer which tells something against this. My situation was skin to sking contact . I was putting my penis between the thigs in very painful way , and now my penis is hurting  me. Please can anyone tell me what's my risk in details? should I worry about it ? should I go to test to reast my mind from all concerning and the feeling of guilt that I'm going through?

Thank you so much for your answer . I'm just worry about that my penis now is hurting me cuz I was puting it in the area between thighs hardly. What if there is outbreaks in there ? actually , I don't remember is there is outbreaks or not ,and I understand that touching the outbreaks can infect others.

this was not a risk for hiv as I'm sure you've already been told in your hiv posts.

this really wasn't a risk for herpes either. yes skin on skin contact is a risk but it's a very, very low risk.

honestly this isn't worth any testing whatsoever.
