Herpes, yeast, Possible?

Ok so I am having some serious worries and I just can't get them out of my head.  I have some serious anxiety about herpes and I just am really confused.  Throughout the last year and a half I've been worried about herpes transmission (im not sure why).  I have never tested postive and only have had to sexual partners (both virgins before me)...  I have recieved oral sex from a few other partners but have waited 3 months and had herpes rapid tests done for hsv 2 and have all turned out negative...  (i tested positive for oral hsv1 in the past)...  Ok so in the last 6 months I started dating a girlfriend and she like i said has never done anything besides kiss another boy before me.  Well I got tested about a week and a half ago for what i thought would be my last testing because I hadn't done anything with anyone for 6 months.  Well I got tested and it was negative for hsv-2 in the rapid test...  Well me and my girlfriend have had sex this past week and one time she gave me oral sex relatively roughly and it sort of hurt.  I didn't say anything and later that night looked at my penis and it was really red and almost scratched up looking...  Now a week later its still red and sort of itches as well... I went to the doctor who said it was a yeast infection and told me to use lamisil on it...  I'm worried though because on one spot that itched the most in particular there is a small blister looking thing.  It is almost like two blisters.  This scares me for herpes but the thing is I haven't done anything with anyone but a virgin since my last testing...  Do I trust my doctors opinion that it was a yeast infection...  earlier today when i went the blister wasn't quite as visible...

NOne of the experiences that you describe put you at risk for HSV 2.  The Biokit is a good test though no test is perfect.  Yeast (or fungal infections) can make the penis look red and raw and sometimes, there are sores associated with this called satellite lesions, that can sometimes mimic a herpes infection.  I'm not clear why the antifungal infection medicine isn't working yet, but I would advise that you give it more time.  Are you saying that it has made no impact at all on the rash, or it just isn't getting any better?  Have you been back to let your health care provider have a look at the rash a second time since you started taking the medicine?

sorry last comment- the "blister" is almost like a canker sore... the white sort of wipes off when i wipe it and then just looks like a small cut or abrasion.  Its not like a typical blister I'd see on my hands after batting practice etc... not like something is trapped inside...

might i add that im uncircumcised and most of the scratches and or itch/redness was under my foreskin... also a bit on the head of my penis... the "blister" was where i itched it the most on the left side underneath my foreskin
