Herpes ?

About a month ago I had an ulcer. It's still there. It doesn't hurt and I don't have a fever. My gums are a little inflamed. I haven't done anything but kiss.  I'm worried because it's still there. Could it be herpes?

It is in my mouth. I went to the dentist for a cleaning when it was there for about two weeks and she told me gargle with peroxyl rinse.

you should see your dentist at this point.  this could be many things and since it's lasted a month, time to get checked out!

if this ulcer is inside your mouth and has been there for a month, not likely herpes related.
