Surprise therapy is meant to be suppressive therapy. Sorry

If you are concerned take suppressive therapy. Lysine taken daily can also supreme the HSV 1/2. These conditions you are speaking of happen rarely and are usually kept in check by a good immune system.

My sister had hsv1 in her eye, it began with pain and sensitivity to light, they diagnosed it very quickly on got her on surprise therapy and she suffered a minor deterioration of her eyeglass prescription. That remains the only outbreak she has had and she does not take daily suppressive therapy.

Do not lose sleep.

Hi, both of what your mentioning are very rare. And so rare nothing at all to be concerned about. In all my years ive never met anyone who had either and im sure neither have you.
Its estmate that upward of 65% of the adult population would test positive for oral hsv1 and with so many people that have it, it these were an issue, im sure the dept of health would be involved.
Think about good things and dont be afraid to live your life.
