Herpes 7 Days Since Single Frottage Exposure and Freaking Out

Hello  HHH+Team,

Terrific resource you have here and I've been reading a lot trying to figure out what is going on.  Hope this isn't too long or wordy, but want to give all details and I hope you would answer .

35 y/o male, serial monogamist mostly, had a one-off frontage encounter 7 days ago, underwear on underwear, with a woman who has herpes.  She had her last breakout 8 years ago and (I believe she said she had) HSV-1 at the genitals.  It was hard grinding for a good half hour.

She had no visible lesions and is not on suppressive therapy.  There was no penetration or direct touching of genitals, but our thighs and all other non-genital areas.  No anal touching either.

What I've read so far says, despite people being more active shedders the longer they have Herpes, overall, this one-time contact should be extremely low risk (assuming she has nothing else).

  Symptoms:

The next morning I had burning on the inside of my urethra and tip of penis (thought it was from friction).  Clear discharge causing my underwear to stick to my penis at times.

Then felt tired, nauseous, muscles in lower back and abdomen ached.

2 days out, started feeling tingling in my throat, feet, hands, itchiness around pubic hair.  Had white discolourations on the penis head.

4 days out, felt intermittent itching between pubic are and leg, flu-symptoms with no very light fever, throat hurt a little, feet had pins feeling at times, stomach ached and chest tightness (this one for sure from anxiety).

5 days out, tingling on my lips, in nose, mouth, throat.  Scrotum became very red with white dots all over it and shaft (Fordyce Spots?) + 3-4 stand alone white spots on shaft + head, one of them raised.  None of these were painful.  2 spots on my gums were swollen and bleeding.

6 days out, notice white spots around my lips and 1-2 on my face.  Burning sensation around lips, nose, palms and soles of feet.  Hypersensitive skin all over (esp face, belly, arms)

7 days out, burning has stopped, and now have numb feeling on lips, forehead, face, left ear, belly.  White dots on scrotum still there, dots on lips still there.  Now have red patches on my face.

- So far, none of these has broken, they are not painful bumps.

- Went to my GP on day 5, knowing Herpes test would only indicate if I had previous exposure.  Got full panel ordered.

- Today, day 7, worried, feeling tired, slight burning around lip mixed with numbness.  Definitely feel guilty/stupid for the encounter.  Chest tightening went away after a day (thinking was anxiety).  Pain at end of penis and urethra, throat, tongue completely stopped today.

Bottom Line:

I'm worried and anxious.  Worried I have HSV 1/2 at Genitals + Oral, that there is herpetic neuropathy (even worried about any other STDs that are attached to HSV - even though the odds are apparently ridiculously low).  Gum/Tooth pain + white bumps + fatigue + burning/tingling/light itching + nausea + red patches on my face have me fearing a massive breakout wherever I felt these symptoms.

HHH and team, your opinions on the site have always calmed me down with reason.

1) Are these signs of Herpes / something else?
2) Is it possible that I have it everywhere around my body?
3) Could this all be a set of crazy coincidences (flu, Fordyce) + anxiety?  (Fordyce pictures look exactly like what  I have except 1-off white spots on shaft and head - why would Fordyce all of a sudden pop-out after potential exposure?)
4) Am I infectious now?
5) Is there another STD I should be worried about?
6) Hoping that you set me straight on how low the odds of anything are / whether there is something else to do.

Thanks for all your help and valuable information.

I think almost all of what you are experiencing is anxiety and spending far too much time checking out your body parts!!

I swear, I'm gonna make you all come to my house and paint since I seem to have no gumption to do it this week...lol. I'll keep  you all busy and the moment I see any of you looking in a mirror or spending more than a few minutes in the bathroom, I'm coming at you with my wooden spoon....lol.  Don't worry, I cook well and bake well so you'll be well fed too and won't even remember you have genitals while here :)

Quick and clear answer, Grace!  (and a calming one).

Is everything that I'm experiencing anything else potentially, or just coincidence/anxiety?
