Herpes Concerned

So about 5 weeks ago I made the biggest mistake of my life.  I got really drunk and the people I was with took me to a ***** house.  I was not aware of where we where going.  I ended up having protected sex
with a *****.  I was so drunk I barely remember any if it.  I didn't have any rational thoughts at the time and immediately regretted it.  About 4 days after the encounter my balls started to get red and ach a little.  They did not itch but started to feel uncomfortable.  At 2 weeks of the encounter I went to the doctor really stressed out because I have a loving family.  The doctor ran  blood and pee ran tests for everything but I know it was to early for the herpes test.  My results came out ok.  The doctor examined me and said the redness was probably from sweating and to just get some lotrium cream.  Said not to worry.  Since then the redness has not gone away on my balls even with the cream.  The somtimes are bright red.  The scary thing is I have noticed some dark spots on the tip of my penis.  Nothing looks like blisters or anything I see on the internet.  I did think one a couple spots look like red dots but hard to tell.  There is also a spot that looks like a bruise on my Penni's shaft just below my tip.  I also feelt for a day or two some slight pain on the tip of Penis.  No blisters that look like the web.  Please tell me this could be something besides herpes.  I have been a good father and person my whole life and don't want to lose my family.

Symptoms of herpes is not red testicles and since you used a condom any outbreak from a new infection would not be on the penis. All of what your mentioning is not related. The penis tip sounds like all the touching have enflamed the blood filled pores and you have self irritated your testicles from all the pulling and checking. These are all very sensitive skin tissues.

Topical skin irritations are often fungal related, and are not any std symptom.

If your this concerned see a dermtolist as can check you out and maybe give some antiinflamatorry cream. If this dosent work they can do a biopsey of the area.

Again, there is no std that will give you just red testicles. Topical irritations are often fungal related.

So what about my redness on balls and some on top of groin?  When I press against the tip I can see many different flesh collared bumps.  There are a few that look red and to spots where it looks like a gray area.  At the tip there is two small hey spots as well.  The redness on balks and base have a slight burning feeling.  That has been like that for a couple if weeks now.  Seems to be getting worse not better

Hi, with protected sex your penis shaft or tip would not be the place for a primary outbreak as would be at point of contact like your genital mound area if this area had made contact with hers. Topical penis irritations are most often  fungal related. Test for syphilis as well at 6 weeks for your mates protection, this is just precautionary. Please calm down as protected sex is considered low risk activity. All of what your describing would not be related to the protected act as  your penis was covered.
