Herpes Follow Up

Yesterday I have noticed a couple of small spots that look like a lesion .The area of this new spot looked to have a distinctive line around it and it looks little shiny .It resembles eczema a little bit .Skin within this spots is little wrinkled and it looks like the area is depressed or lower than the rest of the skin .There are a couple of red bumps within that area but they are red and not clear .If I squezze the skin around these lesions it looks like there is blood filled bubble underneath them .They do not hurt , there may be a little itch or burning but I am not really sure .There are 2 of these lesions and they are symmetricaly placed on the shaft of my penis right under the head my penis .I am not circumsized and these two new spots are hidden where there is a small part of skin going from the head to foreskin.I have also noticed today some eczema like spots on the front of my left thigh well above my knee .Does this looks like herpes ? .What are general guidelines as far as touching or covering my skin .I understand that i have to wash my hands after touching my penis whether there are lesions present or not but what about this eczema like spots that i got on my leg ? Do I have to cover this when i do regular house stuff or is it okay to wear shorts ? What if someone touches that area on my leg , even if this is a brief contact like when i brush up against somebody .Please tell me what preacautions should i take when playing with kids or even hugging somebody .Can i also use antibacterial gel to sanitize my hands ? Is gel like Purrell capable of killing this virus ?.

No, this doesn't sound at all like herpes to me.  It sounds like it could be many other things, including a fungal infection, psoriasis or eczema.  I would strongly recommend that you get a provider to look at these and tell you what you what might be going on for sure.  I think you should not cover this area of skin nor put anything on it until a provider has seen these skin lesions so they can be accurately diagnosed.  There is no need to take any precautions with children or household members, and no fears about hugging people or normal social interactions and no need to use antibacterial gels to sanitize your hands.  This is true even if this did happen to be herpes.

Well i am unable to go see my provider at least for another 5 days .That is why I am here asking questions .I hope that you were able to look at my previous posts which were answered by Dr. Hook .I am concerned about this situation since a was possibly exposed to something .And I dont know if this is coincedence that two days after my exposure i developed this small red spot which was similar to what i described above .Truth is that my fear of infection (of any kind) could have contributed to some of my symptoms .I should also add that all the redness on my leg disappeared overnight without any medications .(I wonder if the redness had anything to do with the fact that i held a hot laptop on top of my legs for several hours ) I tried to look at my penis today again to get another look what this looks like and since you think that is highly unlikely to be herpes maybe you could offer another thought of what this could be .Also i would want note that the first spot that appeared preety much on side of my pee hole reacted to clotrimazole .Skin redness went away after clotrimazole cream was applied .The area still looks little different because the skin surface looks little wrinkly and there is a some sort of bubble underneath that looks like ist filled with blood .Now this new spot looks also little wrinkly and i can see a lot very small blood veins that are distinctively showing on surface and it also appears that there is this dark bubble underneath .At this point it doesnt hurt its not open or it doesnt leak .I dont think there are any other symptoms , maybe occasional sting or tingle somewhere in the groin or lower abdomen but nothing really out of ordinary .Now since clearly something is going on with these 2-3 isolated spots there must be something going on .Is it possible that i could have contracted something thru this very brief sexual encounter even though I was wearing a condom ?.I have read a lot of these posts here and there is clear understanding that condoms do not give 100% guarantee .What other Std's could I be exposed to ? .And Finally does my description resembles anything that you have maybe seen before ?

Yes, I did look back at your other posts with Dr. Hook before responding earlier.  I believe I mentioned a few possibilities in the other post - fungal infection, psoriasis or eczema.  If the spots respond to antifungal medicines, that's a very good sign, yes?  Have you treated these spots with clotrimazole?  And did they respond?

Condoms would protect you from other STDs like gonorrhea and chlamydia, when used regularly.
