This is not the doctor's forum, you have to pay to post there.

Your igg for hsv1 is +. Even if you can't recall ever having cold sores, odds are that it's oral. Most adults will test + for hsv1 due to an oral infection with it.

Your hsv2 igg is negative.

No, herpes in general isn't dangerous. You can google cold sores/oral hsv1 to find out more.

yes you can get married.

thanks. I hv pain in my penies because of blister..taking acyclovir 200mgx3 per day

Did you have a lesion culture done on the blister?

when was the last time you had sex prior to your blood test?

The acyclovir should be 400mg 3x/day.

Why were you given acyclovir to take?  You really haven't provided any testing details except for your blood test. Did they do a swab of your rash?

Thanks for your reply. I have tested blood
here is the result:

VDRL test: Non reactive
TPHA: negative

HSV-I (IgM)-0.086
HSV-I (IgG)-1.627 (positive)
HSV-I (IgM)-0.162
HSV-I (IgG)-0.225

for HSV it is given acyclovir. Do I need any other test?

please help.

A blood test won't tell you where your hsv1 is located. I'm assuming you are not in the US so it's quite likely that your hsv1 is oral and not genital.

You need to continue following up on this rash with your doctor.

Since last four Months i having continuous outbreak...never goes completely these blisters. What should I do? still having pain in those genital areas. please help!!!! please help!!!

You wouldn't have a hsv1 genital ob this long. You need to follow up on this with a dermatologist to try to figure out what is going on.
