Herpes IgG Test Results
Who i was tested with sent me
Anti-HSV-1 IgG = REACTIVE type 1 was "101.9 inhibition"
Anti-HSV-2 IgG = NEGATIVE type 2 was "46.8 inhibition" (which is good - there is a who layer from about 50 to 70 which they call EQUIVOCAL which means they are not sure if it positive or negative)
the Anti-HSV IgG (Dade Behring EIA) was OD/CO: 11.900.
what does she mean by this? does this mean that despite it being negative and .49 it is still possible i have hsv-2? can this be considered conclusive?

Ok, it was done by the health protection agencfy (hpa) in the UK. It is a igg type specific test and basically i came negative after 3+ months my last exposure.. can this be considered conclusive? despite all the genital symptoms i feel
there are many different brands of igg blood tests for herpes. the way the one you listed is reporting is not the herpeselect or the captia test. I am not familiar with the brand you had done.
