Herpes Outbreak all the time???

Please help me. I go to the OB doc all the time. I am on Valtrex daily. I got diagnosed this year. Started taking valtrex twice a day not on once a day. I still get tingling and outbreaks and when I cry or get stressed they are there. I stay away from nuts,chocalate etc by the book on what to eat.  I take lysine a lot and vitamin c and zinc. can someone tell me if they have this problem too.

How were you diagnosed as having genital herpes? Do you have hsv1 or hsv2?

Have you been getting tested for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally?

Have you tried stopping your valtrex for a few weeks to see what  happens?

Lysine is not effective for genital herpes. No need to take it. also no need to avoid any foods either.  Read the herpes handbook at www.westoverheights.com and get accurate info on herpes instead of whatever website you've been reading.
