Herpes? Plz help

I had before 3 years unsafe sex and since that day i have frequently (2-3 times) yearly pain in the pubic area with swelling vesicular sometimes with lympho pain, i made 2 hiv tests and the results came negative.this swelling vesicular is not spreading and it comes only in the same place, do i have herpes or chacroid? the outbreaks last for 4-6 weeks and very painful lympho nods between my legs and after curing only white smooth skin is there
