Herpes Possibility
Hello, six days ago I had protected sex with a condom that did not break, leak (tested with water in condom), or slip from start to finish. I am not very worried about that. I did on the other hand, had unprotected oral sex with a random girl. She said she didn't have anything but I doubt it. I have really bad anxiety and rarely do things like this so im really worried.
In the meantime, my penis feels tingly at the tip, I seem to be urinating more. My penis feels like I need to pee and amplifies more when I just peed. Although, when I am busy and have my mind off it, it goes away and I dont notice it. When im sitting around at night, I feel it more. I dont feel it during sleep or when I wake up. Im just confused as to why I have this feeling coincidentally when I just did this risky unprotected oral sex.
In addition, I dont believe its burning when I urinate. When I pee I just stand there and pray it wont burn and it hasnt yet. The starting of the urination process seems to take longer than usual. In addition, I dont really have itchiness or redness yet or lesions. At times I do have some itch usually in the inner thighs. The sex was rougher than usual.
My main question is: What are primarily the symptoms of herpes? When do they occur? I think I may have urethitis which I heard then means you have an STI which leads me to believe I have herpes. When I ejaculated the other night, it felt more intense and different. I dont think it necessarily hurt, it just felt more sensitive and prolonged to come out. Please inform me on what this could possibly be and I would GREATLY appreciate it! Thanks!

Your anal itching is not hsv. If you had contracted hsv1 from oral sex you would know it.
First off you need to try and relax. None of your symptoms are that of any std. Surely not herpes. If you had herpes in your urethra you would be praying for the worst pain in your life to stop. It is also very rare to have lesions in your urethra and not on the penis as well.
Primary symptoms of hsv1 on the genitals is lesions, fever, swollen lymph nodes and body aches. This happens 3-10 days after you contract it. Your symptoms are anxiety based and you need to relax. Contracting herpes from someone with no cold sore present is a long shot. Close to zero risk.

I now seem to be having more anal itching. It is Day 7 now. Should I be concerned? What are the odds of me getting herpes thru getting an unprotected blow job?
Also, what is the difference between HSV1 and HSV2? Thanks for your help.
Then Lastly, when should I go to get tested so I can move on with my life??
