Herpes Question

A little over a week ago (Sat). I had unproteted sex with a man. It was regular vaginal sex, and I did give him oral sex for a minute or two. Up to that incident, I was cleared for all STDS (I had a long-term boyfriend up until a few week ago). I woke up Tuesday (3 days later) with a sore throat and some cold/flu symptoms (including extreme fatigue), but nothing too bad. I now still have a bit of a sore throat but nothing else. I have a few questions...

1. What are my chances of contacting herpes? I have no clue if he was infected or not, but he didn't show signs of an outbreak.

2. Does my sore throat have anything to do with the oral sex I performed? I read that herpes can be shown through flu/cold symptoms, including a sore throat. Is this a coinicidence?

3. When can I go get tested for all STDs again and be sure that the negative tests are reliable?
