Questions on my testing for HSV I/II IgG Rflx

I received these tests back and the Physicians Assist said I def. have Herpes I or II but he would not know which one it is until the following tests results came back for the  "HSV I and 2 IgM Abs, Indirect", current the results says "will follow", so I waiting to hear back on this.

Here are my other tests

Questions are:  
What does my current tests results tell me about what I have, intensity, exposure?
1.Does my IgG test indicate which form I have with any certainty?
2.What will the missing IgM results tell me that the IgG tst will not?
3.Can the IgM tell me if its HS1 or HS2  and can it also tell me when i was exposed to it?
4.I have been with the same girl for a year, Im 99.9% certain she was not with anyone else, is it possible that I could have been infected over a year ago, not known and due to high stress had an outbreak? or woudl my girlffriend have had to been exposed and gave it to me?
5. Does either test indicate with certainty when I was exposed?
6. If I was the carrier and I had sex with my girlffriend and starting noticing symptoms (discomfort, burning sensation at tip of my penis but no burning when I pee, discomfort irritation around rectum) 3-4 days after my girlfirend and I had sex, but have not had sex since, is it likely that I may not have passed it to her?
7. How long after infected with I transmit to someone, is there a window of time in which I may not have infected the person?

the test you had done was a complete waste of your time and money. You need to repeat it with a type specific herpes igg blood test that differentiates between hsv1 and hsv2. The test you had done tells you nothing and your provider should stop ordering it.
