I had Herpes Zoster few year back. Recently I was tested for HSV with the below test which came back positive
(1.33 H).

Do i have HSV1 or is it due to Herpes Zoster this test came back positive?

You only posted 1 igg result. You should've had 2 - 1 for hsv1 igg and 1 for hsv2 igg.
Please clarify your results.
chicken pox is a totally different herpes virus and won't cause a + igg herpes simplex result.
