Can someone please explain my test results?

Herpes simplex 1 & 2 IgM     Within Range     Out of Range     Reference Range     Units
Final Results
Herpes simplex type 1           <.8                                           0.0 - 0.8                  Index
Herpes simplex type 2           <.8                                           0.0 - 0.8                  Index

Herpes simplex 1 & 2 IgG
Final Results
Herpes simplex type 1                                     Postive             Negative
Herpes simplex type 2           Negative                                     Negative

Does this mean I have Herpes Simplex type 1?

yes, you are + for hsv1 and negative for hsv2 on your tests.
