Herpes Urethitis?

I have had herpes type 2 for 5 years now and recently went onto suppressive treatment. After a few months outbreak free I decided to cut down to 500mg Valtrex every 2nd day. Then last Sunday I had an outbreak. I resumed treatment daily and it cleared up as usual. On the following Thursday I had a wet dream (as I hadn't had sex or masturbated in the previous 5 days of outbreak). Then on the Friday (next night) I found that my penis was aching intermittently throughout the night, especially when I 'clenched' the muscle or moved in certain positions. This aching near the head of my penis has gone on until today (Monday - 3 nights in a row) and yesterday my left groin started hurting and I have a small swelling of what I think are my lymph nodes in that groin. My groin/nodes are still tender today and my penis still aches intermittently.

Could this possibly be Urethitis? I do not have pain when urinating or have any discharge etc associated with Urethitis, but the ache in my penis and the swollen lymph nodes may suggest that it is the case.

Can herpes lead to a case of Urethitis? Could the wet dream have irritated my penis/caused the aching?
