Herpes and lower abdominal pain?

Can herpes cause abdominal pain to the extreme lower left abdomen around the pelvic girdle?  I have a a minor pain in the lower left area for 3 days now, kind of like a pressure... tender on palpation. I do have herpes 2. No visible sores and I had the tiniest bits of blood in my ejaculate 3 days ago.  It does not hurt to urinate either. There is no blood in my urine..

no this isn't something that think of herpes as a cause. you need to be seen and properly evaluated.
