Herpes chances

Hi,
About two weeks ago I received unprotected oral sex from a woman who had no visible cold sores, but when we had intercourse I did use a latex condom. But I have also been masturbating quite frequently (once a day) using skin lotion instead of using a lubricant such as KY like I usually do when I masturbate. Using the lotion and saliva instead of a proper lubricant made masturbation a little painful but not unbearable. Now I cannot masturbate because it causes a pain near the right side, close to the tip of my penis, and there is a little red spot that looks like a rash, but nothing like the bumps and sores I saw when I googled herpes. When I tried to masturbate the other day I had a burning sensation near that spot. Now did I just injure myself using lotion and saliva to masturbate or could I have contracted herpes when I received unprotected oral sex with that woman?
