tingled for 2 days. On the 3rd day the tingling stopped. It is now 10 days since the event. There is no pain or discomfort when I urinate and I cannot see any strange spots
Thanks Grace
No never been tested for herpes and never had cold sores.
What is the time frame of the symptoms?
1 ...At 8 days, the head of my penis tingled for 2 days.
2 ...No more symptoms after that. Now at 13th day without symptoms.
3...No redness, spots etc:
4...Does the rash, spots etc: come directly after the tingling or can there be a lull of a few symptom-less days between them?
Most symptoms appear 2-20 days post encounter. It takes more than brief "lips on a penis" The virus needs heat/friction, sort of "massaged" into the skin. That aside, a one time encounter is incredibly low risk (assuming he even had oral herpes and was contagious at the time). I'd turn off the crotch watch.
