Herpes help. Don't know what to do with myself.
It's been 6 days since my primary out break and 2 days since I've started medication. I feel like I'm losing my mind. The pain is terrible but I can somewhat deal. It's the urinating that's killing me. It burns so bad. I've tried peeing in the tub and that doesn't help. I've also tried pour watering while peeing which helps somewhat but it's still terrible. All I do is lie in bed and think about the pain. I can't focus on anything and I haven't eaten in 4 days
Hun, did you try pouring cold water while urinating? Really really cold water though. Helps a lot for me. It numbs the pain.
