I have had HSV 2 since 1990's and what I feel is the tingling running down my leg where the spot where I contracted it eventually breaks out there. The sensation was worse for the first few years kind of scary it felt like I was going to break out everywhere down there. From what I have come to known about HSV is the virus moves along the nerves from the base of your spine where it stays while it's dormant. It's fascinating that a virus can move like that also creepy at the same time that something is moving along the nerves to the skin. What I can tell you is that if your not seeing a puss like break out on your skin then it's not HSV. You know when it breaks out not a minor event. It's itchy, burns, crusts over, scabs as much as you try not to touch it find yourself wanting to scratch it.  What ever your having a problem with it's not HSV could be some other health issues I would have doctor explore other issues not HSV.

So you have lesions that turn into water type blisters? If so then why haven't they swabbed and tested them
Thats the problem my friend! Nothing typical of herpes lesions! No blisters no vesicles ..just resness and discoloration and abnormal skin changes of skin alont with random skin stinging pain and abnormal sensation such as buring and stingig pain that last for seconds and goes ..and these sensations happens randomly also all over my body
Definitely not hsv related
I cant get married because of that issue, do you think it is ethically right to get married without telling her about my symptoms??????
Unethical to tell her about something you've never been diagnosed with? No
Listen. It surely does not sound hsv related. You clearly have been far to focused on this and your genitals. The next time you get the rash or burning skin, go get that area swabbed and pcr tested. If and when it comes back negative. Put hsv out of your mind.
Your exposure was not risky anfmd nothing g your telling me says you have hsv. In fact it's the opposite.
How can I swap a rash if there is no blister or vesicle? Is it possible to swab only reddend skin even if there was no papules or bump?Yesterday I showed a dermatologist my leisions he didnt offer me any test just said go home nothing to be worried about... I have this constant penis rashes/cuts/abnormal discoloration from time to time... Along with neurological symptoms such as tingling/ twitching/ burning sebsation ...im going nuts I dont know what to do
Yes you can pcr test an area. Especially if there's cuts or a rash area. I think your Dr's are correct and I bet some of this is mental. Being to focused on the area is common. We see that a lot here.
HEAR ME ON THIS.  I had the same or similar symptoms.  For two years, I was convinced that I contracted HSV1 on my genitals and lips.  Countless IGG tests and Western Blot negative.  Weird blotches on my penis that would appear and disappear in hours.  I even had a water blister appear on my penis 2 weeks following the encounter.  The blister broke open while showering but healed almost immediately never to reappear again.  I almost went insane.  The symptoms you and I experienced are not at all herpes symptoms.  I finally was diagnosed with Lyme Disease and it's coinfections.  I tested for these via I Igenex lab in California.  Run don't walk to get tested.  I plan to work with a naturopath to get well.  Stress triggers Lyme.  My encounter messed with my mind and more than likely caused this massive chain reaction in my body.  Stop worrying.  God will get you through this.
zaidoon I had all 13 symptoms that you list....exactly.  Lyme is an epidemic worldwide.  It mimics so many diseases even herpes simplex.
Don't curse yourself with words like "herpes is killing me.'  I break those curses on your life.  You WILL be healed and have a long and prosperous life and get married.

The western blot is only from the University of Washington. I hate to tell you but I really do not believe this is hsv related at all. You would not get these symptoms and never get lesions with them. Believe your tests and look for a differant solution than its hsv related.
To answer your question. It is possible to have hsv and not make antibodies to fight the virus. It's not common and these folks find out when they have their lesions swabbed.
