Herpes on Nipple

Hi, I was recently diagnosed with HSV-1, but the blood tests came back negative twice. I believe that I do have HSV-1 though as I have fever blisters on my lips. However, I am concerned that I may have inadvertently gotten HSV on my nipples. I have eczema and sensitive skin and this may be due to the cold winter weather, but I have these painful cuts and "lesions" on both my nipples. I try to always wash my hand after touching my mouth, but there is a possibility that my boyfriend kissing my nipples either irritated my nipples causing them to crack and be cut (which is itchy and unable to scab over and heal as I wear a shirt at all times since I do not live a lone.) Does this sound like HSV-1 on the nipples or is it possibly nipple dermititis? Please help. I am concerned as this is the second time this has happened this winter. This has never happened to me prior to this winter and this is the first winter that I was diagnosed with HSV-1.
Any help/insight is appreciated. Thank you.

it's not likely you contracted hsv1 on your nipples when you already have it orally. see a dermatologist for a more thorough work up as to what is going on.
