Herpes or Allergy?

Last night I had intercourse with a female friend. The penetrating was covered however oral was not. Today I woke up with little red bumps on the head of the penis. It's not itchy or irritating, and I have not noticed any burning while seeing, but I am confused as to what this could be. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Very true, so you think it was the condom as well?
Could be. Could be a lot of things but hsv isn't one of them. No std will present that quickly
