Herpes or Cyst?!

Hello! I am a 21 year old female looking for an answer! I have been quite worrisome these past couple days, because of a weird lump on my right labia majora. The lump is about the sized of a nickel and bulges out. The lump is also painful and hurts to walk. There is not head on the lump, but looks like there might be some puss inside. It's a light pink/red color. I dread going to the doctor, its a bad fear... but if I must I will! I just want some idea of what this could be. The last time I had sex was about a month and a half ago, and I used a condom. There is only one bump, with no itching or other pain... just to touch it. I'm nervous that this could be Herpes or an STD, but am hoping that it is just cyst. Someone please help!

This does not sound like herpes, but you should be seen regardless! If it is a cyst or a boil and it needs to be drained, you'll need a clinician to take care of it fore you.
