Herpes or Heat Rash?

I've been really worried lately. Four or five days ago I noticed my vagina getting extremely itchy and painful. Then, i noticed two bumps on the outside of my lips on my vagina, and a lot of redness. It seems as though it's swollen too, but I'm not positive. Two days ago, multiple little red bumps appeared on my inner thigh which didn't hurt but burned, especially if I'm walking around. There are bumps similar to these all over my vagina and near my butt cheeks. I am sexually active, but monogamous. I have been with the same guy for about a year now, and we have had unprotected sex for awhile. Before him, I had oral with a guy, exactly one year ago. Since the oral, I have had some symptoms of herpes, but it always goes away after a day and has never been this bad. This might also be heat rash, but I'm really not sure. Does this sound like herpes? Could it be heat rash? Or is something else causing this?

you need to be seen and get properly treated for yeast and bacterial vaginal infections.  Do this this week to get proper answers and treatment.

did you and your partner get full std testing, including herpes testing, prior to starting to have sex together?
