Herpes or Whithead?

I have one small blister on my penis. It has a clearly distinct white head to it. It hurts mildly, however;.when I squeezed/popped it, only clear fluid came out, I heard that was a clear distinction of herpes.please help. it looked like a white head but because of the clear liquid I am worried, no white/yellow pus came out.

at this point with your recent history of mc, you shouldn't be squeezing anything at home. hard to tell what this is going on. if it reoccurs, be seen for a proper exam.
