Herpes or candida

So I am in Thailand for work. I had a sexual situation occur. The next day I felt tingling on my scrotum and inguinal area, as well as my taint. I was already taking Doxy twice a day, I freaked out and took Zithromax powder 1g and started to take Septra (but stopped after a day). It got worse and I felt Tingling on my scrotum, bladder and taint with burning, I was convinced it was Herpes so I started taking Valtrex, 100mg twice a day and antifungal cream. After two days it went away, I stopped the Valtrex and cream then came back two days later. Now my testicles are aching and are really saggy and red with purple veins.
I have seen No blisters or papules. It has been around 10 days and after the first break in symptoms I am only Taking Valtrex 500mg twice a day along with Doxy twice a day and I started to take oral Diflucan twice a day. I started the Diflucan  two days ago and I feel pretty good today. Dont know if its because Im taking Valtrex or the Oral antifungals.
Two days ago I started feeling tingling in the tip of my penis and it was sore near the "glans (glands)" penis, It still is sore when it rubs against my work pants. By the way I wore my pant for two weeks straight because I had to, just washed them two days ago.
I feel like I definitely have herpes and I am making excuses or finding ways that it cant be. No discharge, or blisters. Constant Tingling and burning went away, Positive red scrotum thats droopy with noticeable dark veins and my testicles hurt along with sore spot on penis. Those are only symptoms that are current.
See how Im freaking out !!!
My only shot is that I freaked out and rid my body of all its good bacteria and gave myself a Fungal infection.
Im stressed out and cant relax. I leave thailand in two weeks, I am getting tested then. Any thoughts would be helpful.

not likely to be herpes at all.

you've thrown a lot of antibiotics at yourself hoping something will help. unfortunately all that does is destroy your normal protective flora and leave you more vulnerable to fungal issues as you have already surmised.   No std causes symptoms the  next day either.

what was your original incident? you weren't very specific about it.

I just dont know why my R testicle is really sore. Motrin seemed help. My lower back was hurting yesterday maybe from the Flagyl I am taking.
What is worrying me know is the testicle pain on the right side with inguinal and hip pain. I still get tingling in the tip of my penis as well as tenderness to a my glans (glands) off and on.
My sexual situation was unprotected and teeth caused an iritation that I felt for a couple of days.
So I still have a Red scrotum, no electricity feeling and noticed this morning a pin point Purpleish dot on my scrotum. I definatley have something going on. otherwise my scrotum wounldnt have been so droopy yesterday. Some kind of infection that is cousing me lymphatic pain.
I dont know.
Do you think its an STD if not herpes? Im really concerned and Depressed because Im an Idiot and learned a life lesson for the rest of my life if I escape this unscathed.
I am still taking DOXY because Im in Thailand but was taking it for Malaria prevention, I really dont need too. Should I stop? I am still taking valtex and the Flagyl for fear of that burning tingling Menthol feeling I had when it first started.

So Yesterday was my final day of the Flagyl and Today I stopped taking My doxy and Valtrex to see if I noticed any changes. The last couple of days I felt 100%.
Unfortunaltley today i feel tingeling an irritation on my scrotum and it looks red/ purplish and dry, no cracking…... feel a constant uncomfortable feeing. Can Herpes present like this the next day after stopping the Valtrex?
My fear is that I have been preventing the inevitable by taking the Valtrex.
No blood test available for me for at least a week.
I was taking the Flagyl for the last 7 days

these aren't herpes symptoms. more likely fungal infection from being on antibiotics.
