Herpes or something else??

I had unprotected sex about a month ago. I started to notice little red bumps about a week or 2 after and it looked like a rash. It burnt really bad once and sometimes there itchy and some puss and blood comes out. I dismissed the thought of an std when i got my period because it seemed to help the symptoms. But now that its over i have little red itchy bumps again. I also have a clear or yellowish discharge that doesnt smell normal. Im just wondering if this is some sorta of infection or an std like herpes???

you need to go and be seen and get this properly checked out. It could be any number of things going on.
