Herpes or something else?

Hi guys, I've recently been experiencing some symptoms that have really been stressing me out. About a couple of months ago I noticed a pimple on the back side of the shaft of my penis which I thought was normal because I'm almost certain I've had them before. As that one was healing another one appeared on the front of the shaft near the pubic region but this one was more like an irritated hair follicle. I saw my general physician who said it was nothing but the urologist said it could be herpes so I took an img and lmg test which both came back negative which was a big relief untill about a month later another pimple appeared on the back side (I say pimple not sore because I was able to POP it like a pimple on my face or back, and it didn't necessarily sore up or ulcerate.) After doing some more research I read about Sebaceous Prominence which really resembles something I've had on my penis since my early teen years. Most recently , I noticed a lot of small white dots(about 1-2 mm) appearing on the beginning of my shaft on the back side and upon further inspection I noticed a lot more around my testicles. I must note that I am very hairy and don't exactly keep my genitals too trim. Some of the other symptoms that I've experienced are very slight itching near the testicles in between my testicles and my thigh, sometimes I feel very slight discomfort in the penis but nothing that i'd consider painful just unusual, the area near my anus something feels a little itchy too although there seems to be no irritation there. There seems to be no clustering of the little white dots and theres nothing that blatantly screams HERPES but I do understand that different people have different experiences. Some of the conditions that I've considered that could possibly be affecting me are 1. Folleculitis 2. Sebaceous Prominence and or Fordyce Spots 3. A yeast infection or 4. herpes which is obviously the worst case scenario. I've got an appointment for the Derm in April but this thing is really affecting me and is very detrimental to my social and mental health. I'd really appreciate some feedback on this and I hope I provided enough information for you guys to take into consideration although I know that a diagnosis can't be made on the comp all I'd like is your professional opinion. Thank you in advance.

if the igg blood test is negative and you had it at least 3 months after the last time you had sex, then you know this isn't herpes going on.
