Herpes or what is it?

Ill describe symptoms once again and exposure
Jan 20 unprotected oral and vaginal sex with female(me male)
Feb 1 Red rash after hand job massage parlor (no blisters) went away with coconut oil
April 2 developed red line under pearly penile papules  and April 4 , same irritation pimple like forms under the head of penis were all the pearly penile papule are (really small) pimple like substance comes out and leaves irritation ulcer, NP saw me at planned parenthood same day, (did not look like herpes ulcer or lesion)
April 10 Diffrent NP at pp saw me and did a swab( no liquid only blood) came back negative
April 10 igg blood test negative for 1,2, (80 day exposure )
April 22 went to a dermatologist and explained , saw the pictures and said it did not look herpetic but did not give me an answer
April 22 went to do an exam for herpes igg 1,2, but this was a mixed, Negative as well
My question it it was just in the same area where the rest of the pearly penile papule were, what could it be then? I have no idea what it is? and now I just have a terrible red rash raw, painless but with no blisters just their for the past April 8
Now May 3 went for an Igm blood test negative mixed both

My answers haven't changed. You keep asking the same question. If you have a rash you can get it swabbed and pcr tested. Your symptoms don't suggest hsv and either does your negative testing.
This is an online forum and can only do so much. You need to keep following up with tbe dermatologist when the rash pops up.
