Herpes or yeast?

I have had the same partner for 2 years- neither have had other partners. 2 days ago my penis hurt after masterbating when I tried to urinate, and then white bumps that look like zits appeared. It burns really bad to
Pee and the white bumps are on the left and the tip (I am uncircumcised). I went to
2 different doctors where one said it looks like herpes and the other said it doesn't, but then today I developed
A fever. I don't know if the fever is related but I am concerned I acquired herpes? I got a blood
Test done that will take a few days as well as a swab test for herpes, bacteria, and yeast but neither Doctor
Knew what was wrong. Does this sound like yeast or
Herpes?

Sorry to hear about the pain. Good news for not having hsv though.

Within the last 2 years no other partners, and also she exhibits no symptoms still. Could it be a yeast infection? The doctors said it didn't appear to be typical herpes lesions based on appearance.

Hard to say. I'm sure it could be a few different things. I would ask her to take an igg blood test. Many people have hsv2 and do not know it, as they do not have symptoms.
I wish you the best of luck. Please let us know how everything turns out.
Hey just wanted to give you an update.

Pain got so severe I
Spent the night in the ER. Culture showed yeast/strep (yes strep!!) so now they have me on my way. Additionally my herpes igm and igg blood tests and all std tests returned negative. I'm on some heavy duty antibiotics and cream

It could be hsv from what you describe. The only thing you can do is wait for the test results to come back. I know this sucks.
You did the right thing by getting in to see your Dr and getting the lesions swabbed. You also should have your partner get tested with an igg type specific blood test.
You stated neither of you had any other partners. Does that mean ever or just within the last few years?
