Herpes question!!

I'm a male 25 years old..my last sexul experience was about 6 months ago..unprotected but with my girlfriend so 100% sure didn't have anything, i have had about 5 sexual partners but with people i'm sure who didn't have anything(most of the time protected)....On November 26, 2007 i noticed a group of small little bumps on the foreskin, i can see them when i pull back the foreskin..today is January 21 and these bumps have not changed, they are super tiny(the cluster is about 5mm wide, with each bump about 1mm wide)..they look whitish, but they are a cluster of bumps and when i hear that i think herpes...they are not painful to touch, sometimes it may be itchy, but i think thats cause i keep thinking about them...i'm going to the doctor, but i'd just like to know what anyone thinks before hand...any help would be great.

im not in unbearable pain from the lymph nodes but it def is uncomfortable pain when i put some kind of pressure on it, and it is enlarged i can feel the swelling. the bumps have gotton a little smaller and when i urinate it stings on contact, everything has let me to believe that i have herpes! can my partner have it and not know it at all. and his past partners have not had any symtoms. do i call my gyn?

how do you know your lymph nodes are swollen? Do you feel pain there or do you feel enlarged nodes and pain??? I am not convinced you have herpes but get the lesions looked at tomorrow.

thank you so much, i just don't see how it wont be herpes if i have 5 bumps and a swollen groin lymph node at the same time right? can that happen without it being anything serious, i feel like crying this is the first time i ever had unprotected sex without having a guy get tested and look what happens im so freaked out!!!!

I would say get the hell to a Dr ASAP and have them look at those lesions!! They will know right away if it is herpes. Not saying you have it but it is very suspicious. To be honest, I don't think it is herpes but you better go have it looked at before they disappear.

i woke up this morning and my groin lymph nodes are swollen and i noticed 5 bug bite like/pimple like bumps around the vaginal area but not clustered together.  they are reddish and do look like ant bites that have popped, im trying to kid myself and say its not herpes or anything serious! i have had unprotected sex for the past 3 weeks now with the same partner but he refuses that he has anything and now we are both freaked out, is there anyway possible it could be something cureable?

Because we are God's here and know EVERYTHING, haha. Nothing you have said suggests herpes. Herpes doesn't hang out for this long.
