Herpes risk at massage parlor.. horrible anxiety

Hi,

So on November 29th I went to a massage parlor and the worker gave me protected oral. During this she briefly licked my unprotected scrotum. At one point I touched her clit for about 15 seconds and it felt dry. With that same hand I then grabbed her breast for about 5 seconds. Then with that same hand again I touched my anus for less than a minute.

4 weeks later (December 29th) I was tested for herpes with the herpes simplex 1 & 2 igg test, and my doctor said it was negative.

My question is..

1. how worried should I be that I may have gotten herpes from these actions.

2. since it was only 4 weeks later that I got tested, should I trust the results?

I think what is being said here is that you never risked HSV.  You don't need another doctor as you had zero risk.  There really is nothing to add to zero risk.  We wish you the best and are closing this thread.

Well this is about as reassuring as I can get... you didn't contract hsv from your massage parlor visit.

Thank you guys so much for being so quick to reply. I guess the only reason I was so worried was because the doctor I spoke to about this said the only thing I would have to worry about from my visit was herpes. But I guess he could have been misinformed since I had to ask him for a herpes test and when I did, he didn't even realize there was a test for that until he asked the blood testing lab. I should probably consider finding a different doctor huh? Lol

Thank you so much for your quick response. I have had such horrible anxiety for the last month over this that I've lost 10 pounds, because I have a girlfriend I love so much and would hate to hurt her because of my stupidity.

I am going to do my best to move on but every morning I wake up with anxiety that when I go to the bathroom to pee, I may look down and see something. Anyways, thank you again for your assurance.

If anyone ever has any follow up remarks to my post, please feel free. I could use all the reassurance or advice I could get. You guys are awesome..
